We will not be responsible for delays in services. For example, this may include bad weather conditions or where delivery of the necessary materials to perform the services has been delayed. As these situations are beyond our reasonable control, we do not take responsibility for such delays and any losses which may be incurred by our customers as a result of the delay.

There may be times where it is unsafe for Aaron’s Pest Control and Termite Treatments to provide your services. In such instances, we have the right to suspend your services and provide them at a later stage.

Where your customers have requested services, and where a time, date and place has been agreed, it is the responsibility of the customers to grant us access to the work site, and in the event that we cannot access the work site, any delays or failure to provide the services will not be our responsibility.

Customers must adequately prepare the property as instructed by Aaron’s Pest Control prior to our arrival. Failure to do so may result in delays, rescheduling, additional charges, or reduced effectiveness of treatment

Aaron’s Pest Control reserves the right to refuse or terminate service immediately if our technicians feel threatened, harassed, or face hazardous conditions, without any penalty or refund obligations

Although all due care and skill has been taken when providing our services, damages can occur. Aaron's Pest Control and Termite Treatments are not reliable for any damages that occur during our services. for example, damages to pipes, floorboards, flooring, power cables etc; All damages are at the cost of the customer.
 

Aaron Horrocks or Aaron’s Pest Control and Termite Treatments will not be liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages.
 

Customers must follow any provided safety instructions and recommendations after treatment. Aaron’s Pest Control and Termite Treatments will not be held liable for any adverse effects resulting from customers' failure to adhere to these guidelines

Payment is required within 3days of service, late payment fee of $50 applies to all overdue invoices. 

Aaron’s Pest Control reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website or provided upon request

By accepting quotes, booking services verbally or in writing, customers agree fully to these terms and conditions
